Each tablet contains: Magnesium (from 100mg magnesium glycinate) 20mg Seditol (a proprietary blend of patended extact from magnolia officinalis bark and a proprietary extract from ziziphus spinosa seed) 365mg Melatonin 1.5mg 5-HTP (from griffonia simplicifolia seed extract) 25mg Magnesium glycinate 100mg Other Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica and pharmaceutical glaze with lemon flavor.
